What People Say About Us

We started by taking local transport for 5 minutes followed by a short walk, sampling Thai food along the way. Also visited a great little coffee shop which has been in the same family for 5 generations. Then on and off a long-tail boat around the klongs and more tastings - we had the most delicious chilli prawns I have ever tasted. I would recommend this tour to anyone who is interested in an authentic experience.

To say it was fantastic is an understatement, we had Mod (apologies if spelt wrong) as our guide and she was fantastic, great fun, very good English and very knowledgeable. She entertained with stories that included the guests and shared so much history and facts about food and Bangkok. Apart from the food and restaurants all stops were highlights including the Wat and lotus flower preparation, flower market and secret rooftop bar with magnificent views over the river.

The walking street food tour was amazing. We don't tend to do guided tours a lot but we were only in Bangkok for one night and this was an ideal way of combining seeing a bit of the city with delicious food. I don't eat meat and our tour guide (Lilly) was helpful and accommodating with this. In fact I can't praise Lilly highly enough, she even went out of her way at the end to make sure we were on the right train to get back to our hotel after the tour.

This tour was absolutely incredible. Bowie was our guide and she really made this experience memorable. We were able to sample some local specialities and Bowie took us to a market and gave us some fruit that was so delicious. The drivers of the scooters were safe and we felt so comfortable. This was the highlight of our quick weekend trip to Bangkok.

Thonburi is the area across the Chao Phraya River from Bangkok proper. The Thonburi Food & Canals tour is a splendid way to get to know this sleepier side of the city while trying some terrific dishes. Our guide Bowvii was amazingly friendly and knew a ton about the different places we visited during the tour. The food on this tour was particularly exceptional, including some of the best soup and red prawn curry we've ever tried.

My wife and I went on the Bizarre Food Tour with Ron today, and it was an absolute blast. He is such a friendly guy, and made us feel relaxed from the start. We tried a variety of exciting Bangkok delicacies such as mackerel cheek and pig brain, and Ron kept us entertained with stories about the food and the city's history. We did it as a private tour, and it was a brilliant, intimate tour experience that I would definitely recommend.

Are You a Blogger?

Bangkok Food Tours always welcomes food and travel bloggers to come inspect, review, and publish stories and photos about our tours on your websites and social media platforms. Here are a few reasons to trust us to be your host during your Bangkok stay.

1) We're the First Food Tour in Bangkok and Still the Most Original

We have been the specialized tour operator on food in Bangkok longer than anyone else. Having longer experience means having longer time to learn and improve. Any tour you're going to experience with us will be the best food tour experience in Bangkok thanks to our longest-time expertise. You may see similar tour concepts and routes operated by other food tour agencies, but several of them were pioneered by us. So, if you're going to do this once, do it with the most experienced and the original one.

2) You'll Get Authentic and Original Content

Bangkok Food Tours work with several small-business eateries and restaurants. They are well-known among Thais but rarely visited by foreigners and travelers, unless a Thai takes them to. It's hard for non-Thai speakers to find these eateries and restaurants on their own because there isn't enough information in English about them online. And even if there is, staff at these restaurants hardly speak English – a language barrier. This is your good chance to cover Bangkok's authentic Thai restaurants hardly featured by international bloggers and media.

3) Our Strong and Established Brand Can Improve Your SEO

We know that your brand is already very strong, but we can help you make it stronger. If you search anything related to food tours in Bangkok on Google, our website is usually listed on the first page or is one among the top three. So let's work together and help each other!

How Does It Work?

We give complimentary tours to media and bloggers if:

  1. Your website ranks above 500,000. Please check on www.alexa.com
  2. Each of your social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.) has over 20,000 followers

If you don't meet the requirements above, you will still get discounts (but not a complimentary tour.)

Once you've completed the tour(s), we expect you to:

  1. Publish a story with professional photos and/or a video on your website/blog.
  2. Promote the materials you publish across all your social media platforms.

Also, let us know if you can give us professional photos and footage with/without watermarks which we can further use to promote our brand online and offline. (if you wish)

Do you still have questions? Anything you doubt about, drop us an inbox message on our Facebook or to creative@navatas.com and we'll get back to you the soonest.

We're excited to hear from you!
