Enhance your shopping experience with our unique food adventure through Chatuchak Weekend Market now!
Make the most out of your Chatuchak shopping trip by discovering the popular food vendors and restaurants only locals known about. Enjoy delicious Thai street food and snacks such as grilled honey pork with sticky rice, North-Eastern Thai (Issan) dishes like papaya salad and sausages.
Eat at Chatuchak's best chicken noodle restaurant. They are so busy that they have changed the restaurant's name into The Must-Wait Chicken Noodle Restaurant. We will not eat there during their peak hours though.
Watch an amazing Teh Tarik preparation technique, known as tea pulling. To make the milk tea frothed on top, the tea maker must pour the tea from one cup to the other back and forth from great heights. This makes it look like the tea maker is dancing. Totally fun to watch!
Chatuchak Market is known as a maze even for regular visitors, leave alone if you are a first-timer. With our tour guide's company and an overview of the market, you will feel more confident and more comfortable exploring the market even after the tour finishes.
We meet at Kamphaeng Phet MRT subway station. Then we head to the first food stop, grilled pork marinated with honey. You may eat it with sticky rice or Chinese steamed buns. The second stop is The Must-Wait Chicken Noodle. The northeastern Thai dishes such as spicy fried raw papaya salad, and fried chicken, follow. After what we consider main dishes, we will pick up snacks and desserts such as grass jelly in iced palm sugar syrup, North-Eastern Thai pork sausages, Miang Kham (pieces of herbs and delicious sauce wrapped in betel leaves), and Thai milk tea, to name a few. Our tour guide will drop you off at the MRT station where the tour begins.
