What people say about this tour

Thonburi is the area across the Chao Phraya River from Bangkok proper. The Thonburi Food & Canals tour is a splendid way to get to know this sleepier side of the city while trying some terrific dishes. Our guide Bowvii was amazingly friendly and knew a ton about the different places we visited during the tour. The food on this tour was particularly exceptional, including some of the best soup and red prawn curry we've ever tried.

Our guide was well informed, genuinely excited to share her knowledge and easy to talk to. In addition to the excellent food stops we also were taken to artist house along with a really spectacular longtail boat ride through the canals. We stopped at local food vendors that we never otherwise would have had access to. She was very accommodating in customizing our food tastes based on our preferences. Worth the money and the time!

An absolute must do experience. My husband and I had been to Bangkok before and keen to explore the Thonburi and canal areas for the first time. Our guide Lily was an absolute treasure. She was so knowledgeable about the areas we explored and Thai culture generally; we learnt so much from her. The food choices were excellent and varied and we were very full by the end of the trip!! Lily was a wonderful guide and we were sad to say good bye at the end of the tour!
